It started with a child almost completely collapsing from what I feared was anyphalactic shock (turned out not to be), followed by my student with special needs almost getting tossed from the Art Gallery of Hamilton, followed by a hellish 1 hour drive from my mountain abode to Westdale which involved a very angering detour to, get this, to Brantford, flanked by a lovely dinner and movie date with my family peeps, accompanied by a parking ticket upon leaving the theatre, and ending with dropping my car keys in the abyss which is the space between my seat and the console.
So, I am safely home now, and about to crack a cold Bud Light Lime and drink away my sorrows while trying to untie the knot in my stomach caused by anxiety over the quickly approaching Canada hockey game.
Go Canada!
